Critical Rapid Response Leads to Long-Term Efficiencies...

This client depended on essential data processes and business reporting but faced an urgent situation when a key employee responsible for managing these solutions gave just a one-week notice before leaving the organization. This sudden gap in expertise threatened to disrupt critical Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) and data operations.

To compound the issue, their existing support vendor was not proactive and failed to resolve problems in a timely manner, leading to delays and potential risks to data quality, reporting accuracy and business operations.

Customer Challenge

Sosuv immediately stepped in to stabilize the situation by assigning one of our experienced data professionals to the project. Leveraging our deep expertise in ETL pipelines and reporting frameworks, we quickly took ownership of the entire process to ensure business continuity.

Initially, our engagement was part-time, designed to bridge the gap until the client could hire a permanent replacement. However, due to the quality and reliability of our work, the scope quickly expanded.

We also assumed full responsibility for support services, replacing the underperforming vendor. Our team brought a proactive, solution-focused approach to support, resolving issues efficiently and improving the overall system performance.

Solution

Sosuv was brought in to quickly stabilize and manage the client’s ETL and reporting operations following the departure of a key internal resource. A subject matter expert with the necessary experience was deployed to take ownership of the process and provide immediate continuity. The quality and reliability of the Sosuv team led the client to expanding the engagement into a full-time, multi-seat role. We also replaced the existing support vendor, bringing a more proactive and efficient approach for their support services.

This transition was completed seamlessly, with no disruption to day-to-day operations. It was made possible by a committed Sosuv team and a client that valued dependable, results-driven collaboration.
